As you know, we conducted a little contest for our first challenge, which was to incorporate 16oz of water into your daily diet. It took a little getting used to, but I must say that now, there is nothing more satisfying than a glass of ice cold water! Delicious! I will write a post with tips on getting your water in next week, but for now, I just wanted to write a quick post identifying the winners of last week’s challenge, and introducing NEXT WEEK’s challenge!

Next Week’s Challenge is SLEEP. The goal – for ONE WEEK is to get 8-9 hours of sleep per night. This week, though, I’ll have some action steps to help get you there.
