Well, I “manned up” and went back to the becomeanex website. I watched every video and conceived a plan.
Next Steps
For the next three days, I will separate from my cigarettes more intensely and cut down my cigarette intake to five per day. (I think I can, I THINK I can!)
On Saturday, January 9, I will separate from cigarettes completely. (No SuhMOKIN’!)
From January 9 to January 21, I will give myself permission to smoke; although I am committed to not buying ANOTHER pack! At the rate I’m going, I would be smoking another 100 cigarettes between now and the 21st. That’s just waaay too many.
I’ll quit on January 22, 2010.
I have three nicotine replacements ready: nicotine gum, nicotine patches, and nicotine lozenges. I’ll also begin my 6changes on January 11th, the first one being daily exercise. This should help me stay quit. I know that hope is not a strategy, so I won’t hope to be successful. I will continue to work my plan.

You can totally do it. A guy I work with quit cold turkey and is still going strong now. Make it a goal every single day to stay away from them.
Remember you are powerful beyond measure. You are WAY more powerful than those cigarettes ever were.

You can do it Tiff! I'm right there with you on being healthy & stop smoking. I've noticed that if I'm watching my food intake that I don't even feel right smoking. It makes me feel like I'm cheating. Good luck! I love your blog! You're so talented! Proud of you boo!
